DOWNED HEARTS FIELD TRIP

Let us do the driving in a comfortable passenger bus with wifi, air conditioning and a bathroom. We’ll stop at That Dutchman’s Cheese Farm where you can peruse the gift shop, and walk the Animal & Nature Park trail with 12 free tokens to feed the animals. Next we’ll stop across the water from the Parrsboro Lighthouse, where you can purchase lunch at the Harbour View Restaurant, or have your own picnic lunch along the shore before taking in the closing matinee of Downed Hearts. After the show we'll have an exclusive post-show chat with Playwright Catherine Banks before we make one last stop at the Masstown Market on the way home where you can purchase an ice cream or snack.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 27

9:00 AM - Depart Alderney Landing

10:30 AM - That Dutchman's Cheese Farm Animal & Nature Park

12:00 PM - Lunch at Harbour View Restaurant

2:00 PM - Downed Hearts Closing Matinee

4:00 PM - Post-Show Chat with Playwright Catherine Banks

5:30 PM - Stop at Masstown Market

7:00 PM - Arrive Alderney Landing

*Field Trip reservations include a ticket to the closing matinee of Downed Hearts, admission and animal feed tokens at That Dutchman’s, and transportation via Markie Bus Tours’ passenger bus (with wifi, air conditioning and a bathroom). Field Trip reservations do NOT include any purchases at Harbour View Restaurant or Masstown Market. Field Trip attendees are welcome to bring their own lunch and/or snacks. The bus will leave from Alderney Landing at 9:00am and return to Alderney Landing by 7:00pm.
