Breanne Tice (she/her) is a Next Generation Mad actor, creator. She has worked with companies including Theatre by the Bay, Bard in the Park, Theatre on the Ridge, and Theatre Direct. Breanne is also an artist educator at Soulpepper Theatre and Shakespeare in Action in Toronto, specializing in teaching movement to young people. She is most excited by new work development in Canada, adaptation with an intersectional feminist lens, and interactive/immersive theatre.

Deivan Steele (he/him) is a South African-Canadian actor, director, writer, and educator. His work has brought him to theatres like Theatre Direct (with a version of The Assembly for young audiences), Driftwood (Froxeaglousey), Shakespeare in Action (The Book of Kit and Mel, 3Tempests), Next Stage Festival (Bremen Town), Shakespeare by the Sea (Henry V, Love’s Labour’s, Wizard of Oz), Outside the March (programsound.fm), Bad Hats (Princess Frownsalot), Unwrap Theatre (rihannaboi95), and Prague Shakespeare Co (Two Gentlemen of Verona). He is Neptune Theatre’s INKubator artist-in-residence, where he’s developing his new verbatim play, Palany. It’s a pleasure, as always, to be creating art in his hometown.

Jacinte Armstrong is an artist based in K’jipuktuk/Halifax, NS. Her work explores embodied practice through performance, choreography, collaboration, and curation, communicating the experience of the body in relation to objects, materials, and people. She is passionate about bodywork in many forms. Jacinte is Artistic Director and co-founder of SiNS (Sometimes in Nova Scotia) dance; performs regularly with Mocean Dance; and collaborates as an independent artist with many choreographers and artists across Canada. From 2014-18 she was Artistic Director of Kinetic Studio, presenting an annual season of contemporary dance workshops and performances in Nova Scotia. In 2020 she received her MFA from NSCAD University. She is currently in training to become a Certified Movement Analyst through the Laban/Bartnieff Institute of Movement Studies in NYC.
